Code of Conduct

At The Hollows, we strive to provide a welcoming and enjoyable environment for all golfers. To ensure that everyone has a positive experience, we ask that all players adhere to the following code of conduct:

 

1. Respect for the Course

- Repair ball marks on the greens and divots on the fairways.

- Keep golf carts on the cart paths and obey all course signs and markings.

- On par 3’s golf carts must stay on cart path only.

- Golf carts to must stay a minimum of 10 yards away from greens.

 

2. Pace of Play

- Groups of 4 golfers or less

- Keep up with the group in front of you.

- Be ready to play when it is your turn.

- Allow faster groups to play through if you are holding up pace.

 

3. Etiquette

- Maintain quiet and stillness during other players' shots.

- Do not disturb wildlife or damage the course in any way.

- Be courteous to fellow golfers and course staff.

4. Attire

- Wear appropriate golf attire, including golf shirts and golf shoes.

- Avoid wearing denim, t-shirts, or other non-golf related clothing on the course.

 

5. Alcohol and Tobacco

- All alcohol must be purchased through the golf shop or beverage cart.

- No outside alcohol permitted.

-  Drink responsibly and in accordance with course policies.

- Dispose of cigarette butts and other trash in designated receptacles.

 

6. Safety

- Do not hit into groups ahead of you.

- Be aware of your surroundings and alert others if your ball may be heading toward them.

- Follow all safety guidelines provided by the course.

 

7.  Booking and Cancellations:

- Make reservations in advance and cancel in a timely manner if you are unable to make your tee time.

- Be respectful of other golfers by arriving on time for your reservation.

 

**Failure to adhere to this code of conduct may result in removal from the course without refund. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us maintain a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere for all golfers at The Hollows Golf Club**
